ITINERARY

DAY 1 :ATHENS -ARRIVAL

Arrival Athens. Meet with the escort for transfer from the airport to the center of Athen. Meet with the local guide at Syntagma Square. Panoramic City Tour plus Lycabettus Hill by Funicular train. Lycabettus is the highest hill in center of Athens. Visit the remains from the Temple of Zeus, Check in hotel. Free time. Overnight in Athens.

DAY 2: ATHENS 

Breakfast. Meet with the local guide in front of the hotel. Start the Athens full day city tour: visit the Acropolis with the breathtaking Parthenon and Erectheum. Visit the Neoclassical buildings in the center of Athens, Olympic (Panathenian) Stadium, Greek Ancient Market (Acient Agora). Shopping : Syntagma Square, Plaka area, Monastiraki square. Back to hotel , Free time. Dinner at hotel. Overnight.

DAY 3: ATHENS - KALAMBAKA

Breakfast. Check Out from the hotel. Proceed to Kalambaka (353km/cca 5 hours). Short stop in Lamia for a break. Continue to Kalambaka via Trikala.. Half day city tour: visit Kastraki village and Meteora, plus 2 Monasteries Varlaam and St. Sefanos, Stop for panoramic picture taking on several spots of Meteora Hills. Check in hotel. Dinner at hotel in Kalambaka. Overnight.

DAY 4: KALAMBAKA - OHRID

Breakfast. Proceed to Ohrid. Driving through the northern parts of Greece up to the border. Pass the border and enter Macedonia. Arrival in Ohrid. Half day city tour: visit Old Bazaar, Zeynel Abidin Pasha Tekke, (optional) Boat ride on Ohrid Lake. Free time to enjoy the beautiful lake which is the deepest and one of the largest lakes in Balkans, with clean water that has visibility of 20 m. Perhaps visit the recommended Ohrid Pearl's shop. Check in hotel. Dinner at hotel.

DAY 5: OHRID - TIRANA - BUDVA

Breakfast. Proceed to Tirana. Half day city tour: Mosque of Ethem Bey, Clock Tower, University, Bunkers, Communist pyramid. Proceed to Budva. Arrival, check in hotel. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight in Budva.

DAY 6: BUDVA - KOTOR - DUBROVNIK

Breakfast.Half day city tour: Old town Budva, which is inside of the stone walls. Visit the old Entrance, Square of the poet, Square of the churches. Beach. Free time for shopping. proceed to Kotor. Visit of Kotor, Medieval town on Adriatic coast which is also surrounded by stone walls. Kotor is also one of the largest bays on Adriatic which attracts many cruise ships. Proceed to Lepetane for using the Ferry to the other side. Proceed to Dubrovnik. Arrival, check in hotel. Dinner and Overnight in Dubrovnik.

DAY 7: DUBROVNIK

Breakfast at the hotel, city tour of this UNESCO protected pearl of the Adriatic and its Cathedral, Rector’s Palace, Franciscan Monastery (included Old Pharmacy), Clock Tower, Orlando’s Columns, Sponze Plaza, Dubrovnik Cityfree time (optionals) Boat ride or/and Cable car for panoramic view, Dinner and Overnight at the hotel in Dubrovnik

DAY 8: DUBROVNIK - MOSTAR - SARAJEVO

Breakfast , Check out hotel. Transfer to Mostar, on the way proceed to visit Pocitelj, Medieval Stone made town. Depart to Blagaj, visit of the oldest Tekke in Bosnia from the XV century, Proceed to Mostar, city tour – Mostar Old Town visit Mehmet Koski Pasha mosque, The famous Old bridge, listed as UNESCO heritage site. Free time. Continue drive to Sarajevo via Neretva Canyon and Jablaničko Lake, Short stop in Jablanica Town to take pictures of the destroyed bridge from World War 2. Arrival in Sarajevo, check-in at the hotel, Dinner and Overnight in Sarajevo.

DAY 9: SARAJEVO

Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed for tour to visit Vrelo Bosne – springs of river Bosna, Tunnel museum – which helped the Bosnian citizens survive the siege of Sarajevo that lasted for 1425 days. Walking tour of Old Town Bascarsija, Latin bridge - place where the Austro Hungarian Archduke was assassinated, what triggered the 1st World War; Brusa bezistan – covered market place; Gazi Husref Bey Mosque- built in 1530 year during the Ottoman era – and Gazi Husref Bey Madrass; Morica han built in 1551. Vijecnica – town hall for the Austro- Hungarian era. Back to the hotel , Dinner and Overnight in Sarajevo.

DAY 10: SARAJEVO - TRAVNIK - JAJCE - BIHAC

Breakfast.Proceed to Travnik. Before Travnik, stop at Etno Village Čardaci to see the authentic Bosnian architecture and beautiful landscape of lakes pools and waterfalls. Arrival Travni., Travnik is a small town which with its mosque's and fortress that dot the skyline shows the original style Bosnian architecture that gives this town its charm. See the Plava Voda springs . Continue to Jajce, visit of Jajce Waterfalls, Stop at Pliva lakes to see the wooden watermills. Drive to Bihac. Check-in the hotel. Dinner and Overnight at hotel in Bihac

DAY 11: BIHAC - PLITVICE LAKE - ZAGREB

Breakfast.A guided city tour of Bihać will uncover the secrets of untouched natural landscapes that are classified in the most preserved natural division of Europe. Proceed to Zagreb via Plitvice lakes, a highly protected nature area which has 16 natural lakes that have origins from tectonic movement on the Karst fields. Not just the lakes are attractive but also the rivers, creeks and the beautiful waterfalls and endemic flora and fauna. We offer different paths through the area depending on the age of the group. Proceed to Zagreb , check-in at the hotel.

DAY 12: ZAGREB DEPARTURE

Breakfastat the hotel. Check-out from the hotel. Proceed to city tour of Zagreb including Kaptol and Gradec Old Towns, Blood bridge, Cathedral which is the tallest building in whole Croatia, Marketplace, Ban Jelacic Square etc.; free time for exploring the winding streets of the old town , free time for shopping , drive to Airport for final departure.
